Priscilla Queen of the Desert description
Just announced: Priscilla is closing 31st December 2011. See it before it goes!
'Priscilla Queen of the Desert the Musical' is the most fun you'll have in the West End with over 500 outrageous costumes and a score of dance-floor classics including I Will Survive, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Finally.
Based on the Oscar-Winning movie, PRISCILLA tells the heart-warming and uplifting story of Bernadette (Don Gallagher), Tick (Richard Grieve) and Adam (Oliver Thornton), a glamorous Sydney-based performing trio who agree to take their show to the middle of the Australian outback. Along the way they meet Bob, the mechanic with the heart of gold (Mark Moraghan). They set off in a battered old bus (Priscilla) in search of love and adventure but end up finding more than they could ever have dreamed.
HOT OFF THE PRESS - Ray Meagher, best known on television for playing Alf Stewart in the long running Australian soap Home and Away, will re join the West End cast of Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical as mechanic Bob from 5 October 2011, following his hugely successful run in the show last year.
PRISCILLA is the ultimate feel-good theatrical experience... Hop On Board!
